  This place was a nightmare to shop for my first mattress. I ordered 1 and it was overpriced and too soft for me. I exchanged it for another days later for a soft innerspring and it seemed perfect until I saw a bunch of black/brown things only on the 4 sides of the bed. They gave me a dirty used mattress and the district manager told me it was a gel pack. I told him I had never heard such a thing and I told him it was brown and black and they were not circles but in many small shapes. Also if the gel pack exploded wouldnt it be in random areas where the gel touched? Not only the 4 sides of the mattress? Ok lies. I was scared they were bed bugs or pieces of dead bugs on all the sides of the bed. Plus since its not sealed tight it only takes 2 and some days for them to breed. I was pregnant and i didnt want to take any chances. I had bad customer service. It wasnt the lady that took care of me but the guy that works there literally pushed my problem on her and she was new so she didnt know where to even start with me. Ok so I returned it not being my fault. I wanted a clean one but the district manager didnt even offer an exchange he just wanted to go home apparently and told me to return it. I didnt like the fact that I had to pay the shipping 80 bucks to return a nasty mattress. Thanks for the great customer service. Guess I will stay with my new synchrony credit card and never use it.

  Great customer service! I would recommend this Matteress Firm to anyone who wants a wonderful experience buying their mattress!
  
  The two salesmen, Anthony Fisher and Raymond Cardullo, were very nice and very informative on their inventory. They were patient and made sure i was completely satisfied with my mattress. They gave great advice to what mattress would be best for me, and they gave me the best deal possiable. I will definatly be returing to this Mattress Firm!
  
  If you need a matress, make sure you go to this Mattress Firm and ask for Raymond Cardullo and Anthony Fisher! They will make the mattess buying experience for you a great one.
